Choose from two pre-determined boards featuring Turchetti's cured meats, Amish country cheeses, crackers, bread, jams and mustard's to enjoy a perfectly paired charcuterie experience.

Salami and Summer Sausage

Highest quality old world Italian cures, slow dry aging fermentation process made in Indianapolis

Calabrese (Calabrian Pepper Salami)

Calabrian style salami is spicy with bold flavors. Seasoned with Sicilian fennel pollen, chili flake, toasted black peppercorn, organic turbinado sugar, calabrian pepper powder, and red wine.

Beef Summer Sausage

Grass fed & grain finished beef fully cooked summer sausage. Using a blend of 80/20 minimum and studded with whole toasted mustard seeds and cracked black peppercorns, coriander, allspice, and nutmeg. Our summer sausage is then smoked for 2 hours. 

Finocchiona (Sicilian Fennel Salami)

A Tuscan style salami with simple, straight forward ingredients: Sicilian fennel pollen, toasted Sicilian fennel seed, white wine, organic turbinado sugar, and toasted black peppercorns.

Beef Peperone ( Pepperoni)

Classic all beef recipe. Seasoned with toasted black peppercorns, Sicilian fennel seed, pimenton dulce, garlic, organic turbinado sugar, and chili flake.

Capocollo

  A traditional uncured Italian meat specialty that is enhanced by Italian spices and a patient aging process.

About the mold: they are all good molds that come in green, blue, yellow and white colors that develop unique flavor during the drying phase of each salami product. The casing you see is all-natural so, yes, you can eat it!

Amish Country Cheese, Fresh Bread & water crackers

Amish Country Cheese

Made by the largest Amish community in the world with milk from Amish farms. These cheese makers follow the timer honored techniques that originated in their native Switzerland over hundreds of years. These are truly hand crafted cheeses. Made in the traditional old-world style and brought to you from Shipshewana, IN and Ohio.

Smoked Gouda

Naturally smoked with hardwoods creating a subtle smoky note for this buttery Gouda which has a rich creamy flavor.

Sharp Cheddar

New York Sharp cheddar is aged nine months. The sharp deep tangy taste is achieved and strengthened during the aging process.

Amish Butter Cheese

Semi-soft and creamy cheese made with cow’s milk in the Amish Old World tradition has a smooth rich buttery flavor. 

Horseradish Cheddar

Enchanting pairing of creamy, full-bodied white cheddar cheese and a subtle punch of horseradish, this cheese is an Old World delight.

Bruschetta Jack

Combines tomato, basil, garlic, and other herbs with a Monterey jack cheese for a new take on bruschetta.


Spencer Farm Preserves and Mustard

Incorporating our own products into the line-up is easy. These favorites will rotate with the seasons.

F.R.O.G. Preserves

A punchy and flavorful preserve is made from a combination of Figs, Raspberries, Oranges, and spiced with Ginger.

Dill Mustard

Tangy yet subtle taste of dill pickle and mustard to level up your charcuterie expereince.


Crackers & Bread

34 Degrees Crisps

Crackers created with cheese and meat pairing in mind. With subtle flavor and delicate crunch they're the perfect companion to our charcuterie boards. Setting the stage without stealing the show.

Whole Cell Bread

A delicious, non-inflammatory, all natural  bread created with a unique process. They gently crush organic, non-GMO hard red wheat while keeping the cells intact. This process never releases gluten, and with the cells intact, makes this bread a complex carbohydrate with exceptional taste.

*Please note- this bread is not suitable for consumption by those with gluten allergies, sensitivities, or celiac disease.
